Taza Ghor Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions
1. The Taza Ghor Loyalty Program is available to all customers who purchase products through our online store (tazaghor.com)
Points Collection
2. Customers will earn 1 Fresh Point for every 1 BDT spent on eligible purchases.
3. Purchases made using discounts, vouchers, or special offers may not qualify for points.
4. Points will be automatically added to the customer’s account after order confirmation.
Redeeming Rewards
5. A minimum of 500 Fresh Points is required to start redeeming rewards.
6. Points can be redeemed for discounts, free delivery, or selected free products (as mentioned in the rewards section of the website).
7. Points cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
Points Expiry & Reset
8. Fresh Points are valid for 12 months from the date of earning.
9. Once points are redeemed, the balance will reset, and customers can continue collecting new points.
Referral & Special Rewards
10. Customers will receive bonus points for referring friends and family who make their first purchase.
11. Exclusive birthday rewards or seasonal gifts may be offered, subject to availability.
Additional Terms
12. Loyalty points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
13. Taza Ghor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice.
14. Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the program will result in disqualification and cancellation of points.
