RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At TAZA GHAR Limited, customer satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we allow our customers to exchange or return products within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
✅ Conditions for Exchange & Return

A product can be exchanged only once.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and without any flaws. (Trying on to check size/fit will still be considered unworn.)

The product must be intact with original tags and barcode attached.

All items must be returned in their original condition, along with the receipt/invoice and packaging.

The exchanged item must be of equal or higher value. If the new product is lower in price, no refund will be provided for the difference.
📜 If You Lose the Receipt/Tags/Barcode

If the receipt or invoice is lost, you may still request an exchange by providing your purchase contact number for verification.

However, if tags/barcodes are irreparably damaged or missing, the exchange/return offer will no longer be valid.
⚠️ Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if:

The item is defective or damaged.

You receive the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Products purchased with 50% or higher discount or during flash sales are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
🔄 Initiating a Return

To start a return, contact us via email: support@headgearbd.com or call us at 09613-825800.

Once your return is accepted, our delivery partner will collect the package.

Items sent without requesting a return will not be accepted.
🎥 Verification for Damages or Missing Items
To report damage or missing products, please provide an unboxing video for verification.
💳 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 15 days after we receive the returned product(s), provided all return conditions are met.

If the issue is from our side, we will provide free returns, exchanges, or refunds. Otherwise, customers must bear return shipping costs.

Depending on the courier, it may take several days for your return package to reach us. Please keep proof of postage.

Without proof of delivery, we cannot issue store credit or refunds.

No partial cash refund is applicable in any case.
🏬 Different Purchasing Methods

Outlet Purchases: Can be returned or exchanged at any outlet within 7 days. Refunds for outlet purchases are processed instantly at the outlet.

Online Purchases: Can be exchanged or returned either through our delivery partner or any outlet. Refunds for online purchases will be processed online within 15 days.

Return: Inside Dhaka – 70 BDT | Outside Dhaka – 100 BDT
